Google runs over 20,000 search experiments a year

The following video Google uploaded this week is of a Matt Cutts (head of Google’s Webspam team) presentation from January at a webmaster conference in South Korea. There’s an interesting section in which Cutts notes that Google runs over 20,000 search experiments a year.

Lots of good info about how Google works if you have 45 minutes to spare.
